Are you familiar with Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD)?

I found this article very informative. Sometimes it is difficult to pin point what is going on with a kids that have special challenges.  Being familiar with the possibilities can be helpful.

We work with a lot of kids that are either in foster care or have come through the foster care system. Many of them have deep wounds that won’t heal without some type of intervention. We have found that Equine Assisted Therapy can be a powerful part of a healing treatment plan. We may work on building a trusting relationship,
exploring why rules and boundaries are important for keeping us safe, rebuilding appropriate personal boundaries and so much more.

We would love to show you around the ranch, introduce you to our wonderful horses and learn more about you and your child. Call us to arrange a visit and to learn more about our program.
