This interesting article, by Rob Asghar, from Forbes magazine, looks at fear and anxiety in a more positive way. That’s where we come in!
If you find yourself unable to take that next step, at home, work or in the bigger world, (sometimes literally out the front door) you need to seek help. In our work with horses we often teach strategies, such as deep breathing and visualization, to help clients, young and old, overcome anxiety. We also work on building self-confidence, helping clients discover the power within them to do the things they find daunting or believe are beyond their reach.
Fear and anxiety can be crippling. Don’t let life pass you by. If you, or someone you know is struggling with anxiety, we would be happy to meet with you. We will show you around our site, introduce you to our wonderful horses, learn more about the challenges you are dealing with and share how we might be able to help. Call or email to schedule a visit.
