We are proud of the work we do with the Center For Hope of the Sierras. Through work with horses in a small group setting we provide experiential opportunities for increasing confidence and improving communication. Clients learn about horses and themselves and discover, that especially when working with horses, being present and in the moment is vital.
If you or someone you love is struggling with an eating disorder seek help.
