Nevada Equine Assisted Therapy (N.E.A.T.) offers an exciting approach to corporate team building through work with horses. All over the world companies big & small are motivating their teams through this type of unique experience. This approach offers a hands-on experiential way of learning that gives participants the opportunity to learn in a natural way, encouraging reflection & creative insights. 
While engaging with the herd, participants are offered the opportunity to explore how important it can be for a group to work well together as a team. Rather than the old model of ‘competition,’ horses help people see that, through communication, cooperation & compromise we can all reach our goals.
N.E.A.T. staff participate as ‘facilitators.’ We may offer explanations or guidance, but the horses are the teachers. The activities are designed to develop problem-solving skills that encourage participants to work together, as a team, to achieve positive results. The activities are also designed to get your team to think together, resolve conflict together, generate possibilities together, inspire each other, trust one another & maintain accountability together.
Likewise, N.E.A.T. believes that leadership is a skill developed through being comfortable exploring & experiencing unique & sometimes challenging situations. Leadership is not about your position, job title or intelligence. It’s about how you present yourself & about the way others see you. This is how horses in the wild survive!
