Can a change in diet help with ADHD?

A new study says yes! The fact is that we all need to be more thoughtful about what we eat. It may be that when we feel tired or just “off” it is because of something we ate. Has anybody else eaten something and then had the roof of their mouth itch? Allergic reaction.  With the horses, though they love all kinds of fruits and vegetables, we have to be careful because all the carbs/sugar may not be good for them – Mystic  has a tendency to founder, so she only gets a few carrots in her bowl. Making good choices is not alway easy. You just do the best you can.
