Military women are at as great a risk of PTSD as men

Sadly, you don’t have to be on the front line to be at risk of developing PTSD. Our military men and woman deserve our respect, gratitude and the services they need, available to them. Equine therapy is extremely effective in work with PTSD.  Those dealing with PTSD are hyper-vigilant, as are horses – it’s the prey way. Through the desire to  interact with the horses, those struggling with PTSD must learn to calm their emotions. This ability to regulate the emotions then transfers to other life events. Call us to visit the ranch, meet the horses and talk more about how we may be able to help you find a path to healing.
