How parents can help with eating disorders

Parents are the first line of defense when it comes to eating disorders. Here are some things that you can do to help your child/teen avoid this deadly disease.

Our work with those dealing with eating disorders is very rewarding. Horses are so non-judgmental! The human “package” does not matter at all – it’s what is on the inside that your horse will respond to. Horses are great for increasing self-esteem and helping us set appropriate personal boundaries.

Contact us for a tour of the ranch, a personal meet & greet with the horses and to learn more about how our program may help.
