The importance of sleep

With all the demands on us to get things don, it’s often tough to get the kids in bed a consistent and reasonable time. And we all need to get a good night’s sleep, but it is especially important for those with ADHD. This article points out the consequences of a child (teen, adult) with ADHD just a missing an hour a night.

Our work with children/teen and adults dealing with ADHD/ADD has been very successful. Through work with horses we address focus, impulsivity and self-esteem, among other things.
