We need to all be on the same team

When you are working as part of a “treatment team” you all want to be on the same page.  You can help your child/teen’s teacher do a better job by following these tips.

We consider our program part of the big treatment picture. We are not an “instead of” kind of therapy, but rather an “along with”. This means that we will create horse activities that reinforce the behavioral expectations and clinical goals that are already in place or help develop them as part of a team. We want to know what’s happening at home. In the school we are happy to be part of the IEP team,  and feel it is vital that we communicate with  the clinical providers. We need to know if your child/teen has any physical challenges that we can help with (small/large motor, core/trunk strength, etc.) Partnership and collaboration is the best way to make the most of all interventions.

We would love to meet with you and share more about our program. We will show you around the ranch and introduce our wonderful horses. Call us today to schedule a visit.
