I am sharing this article on the “casual” link between children exposed to secondhand smoke and neurobehavioral issues, such as ADHD with a caution. Though I absolutely believe that secondhand smoke is extremely hazardous to all of us, I think that there is much more to look at in this study, and the researchers actually agree. However, since most of us would not knowingly do something that will harm our children, perhaps this will be the information that will be the one thing that help you choose to quit smoking. I know that this is not an easy thing to do, but we urge you to do so, for your child and yourself.
We work with kids and teens living with neurobehavioral issues, such as ADHD. In our work with horses we can address increased focus, decreased impulsivity and many other things. Horses are incredible teachers and most kids are eager to learn from them.
We would love to show you around the ranch, introduce you to our wonderful horses and share more with you about how our program may be able to help. Call us today to schedule a visit.
