Our experience is that kids and teens on the spectrum often find it difficult to set appropriate personal boundaries and are at a loss as to how to respond when others treat them badly.
Through work with horses we can help them develop self confidence and strategies for standing their ground when confronted by bullies. Â Additionally, we try to give parents and caregivers good information on what they can do to help their children and teens deal with this troubling situation.
