Finding something to celebrate

Though raising a child with Autism can be extremely challenging, This article by Tom Fields-Meyer, the father of a child with Autism, looks at the positive experiences he and the rest of his family have experienced on their journey with his son Ezra.

In our work with kids and teens on the Autism Spectrum, we look to build on their strengths while addressing their challenges in an supportive and non-threatening environment. We can work on goals in a variety of areas, from improving focus to building language skills. Each client has an individual plan that we implement through our work with the horses.  For many kids/teens on the spectrum working with “their horse” is one of the few “fun” things they may get to do in a schedule full of traditional interventions. We want to be one of the positive moments you and your child/teen share.

We would love to visit with you, show you around the ranch, introduce you to our wonderful horses, learn more about your child/teen and share how we may be able to help.  Call us today to schedule a visit.
