N.E.A.T. offers individual and small group work for those dealing with eating disorders

Working with horses offers a variety of excise levels; from the gentle stretching of grooming to the strenuous task of “posting a trot” or riding in “2-point”, you can slowly build your strength and endurance. This is especially appealing to those of us who need real motivation to exercise. Frankly, I don’t like “sweating in public”. But when I’m working with horses the exercise has a purpose and suddenly becomes part of reaching a personal goal of becoming a better rider. Besides, I want to have control of my body so that I can communicate effectively with my equine partner.  Call or e-mail to arrange a personal tour of the ranch and to meet our beautiful horses.
