So much to do, so little time

We all know that a good nights sleep makes us feel better and yet it is so easy to get caught up in things and suddenly realize that it is way past your bedtime. However, new reasearch is indicating that getting a good nights sleep may help children and teens (probably even adults!) avoid depression. Let’s face it. If we are dragging our butts because we are physically tired, everything seems like more of a challenge, which leads to feelings of being overwhelmed and probably inept and inadequate – sounds like depression to me!

Being outdoors, in the fresh air, doing honest work (grooming/leading/riding a horse) and finding the joy of spending time with horses will help us sleep better at night.

We invite you to come out, visit the ranch, meet our wonderful horses and learn more about how our program works – call us to schedule a visit!
