How do you support a friend, when you don’t support what they are doing?

This is a tough spot to be in. You may love and care for someone deeply, but know that what they are doing is harmful to themselves or others. How do you continue to have a relationship? This article is about supporting someone with an eating disorder, but I think that the advice holds true for many situations.

We offer individual, couples, sibling, family and small group work. Through work with horses we may, among other things explore honesty/congruence, problem solving and coping skills. We would love to share more with you about how our program may help to make a difference in your/someone you know’s life.
