In our own program we are working with Child on horsebackchildren, teens and adults. We are doing social, emotional and behavioral growth and learning while addressing a variety of issues including: ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety & Depression, Obsessive P1040999Compulsive Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Oppositional/Defiant Disorder, Addiction Recovery Issues and much more.

Our sessions are one-on-one, with a client, a horse and a Certified Therapeutic Equine Instructor. Daniel lding Kody 3We do not have a set curriculum. Our program is based on meeting each individual’s goals through work with the horses. Working from the ground up our clients learn about horse and herd behavior and how to lead, groom and tack up a horse. We share a lot of the Natural Horsemanship skills and games, designed to create a contemplative with horsestrong, mutually respectful and bonded relationship. And we are a mounted program, so once we feel confident that our clients can listen and follow directions so that we can keep them safe, they get to ride!

If you or someone you know is struggling with social, emotional or behavioral challenges, call or email us. We will schedule a time to show you around, introduce you to our wonderful horses, learn more about what you are dealing with and share how we might be able to help.
