Dealing with Depression

Saw this interesting article talking about how children living with (or through) a divorce can experience depression. The process of divorce can be so painful for everyone involved. Often the adults are so wrapped up in their own sadness, anger, frustration and loss that they fail to see what is going on with their children. Or maybe they are very aware that their children are suffering but have no idea how to help.

Through work with horses many children/teens (and even adults) are able to find a path that leads towards healing.  We work with children as young as four and also do sibling and family work. If you or someone you love is dealing with the difficult emotional challenges of divorce, we invite you to come out to the ranch. Take a tour, meet our wonderful horses and talk with us about what we may be able to do to help. Call us today to schedule a visit.
